When coming out of lockdown in November 2020 we knew that our requirements for cleaning products and sanitisers would increase to ensure that we could provide a Covid safe space for our customers. many of whom are vulnerable. We also wanted to support local if at all possible, but were dubious about whether we would be able to find a local supplier who could meet our demand and keep the prices affordable, an incredibly important consideration for our charity.
We need not have worried as Chris from Gaines Supplies came up trumps, with products that met our stringent Covid requirements, at prices that matched other national suppliers. Even when the distribution chain was challenging he has always managed to keep us stocked with all the materials we needed. When our original sanitiser dispensers kept blocking, he happily sourced alternatives and replaced them all without any additional cost to us.
Communication is easy and Chris always keeps any promises that he makes, is honest if there are any delays, delivers on time and always with a smile. We know that this has been a difficult time for many small businesses yet Chris has managed to deliver an exceptional service with his customers always at the forefront of what he does.
